I personally use this kit and I love it! It comes along with me while wild gathering, hiking, camping and kayaking. It is small enough to attach to my hiking pack or backpack and is light in weight.

- Three 10 ML Glass, Refillable, Spray bottles with caps.
- Three Glass Vials with screw on caps.
- Three Tins with screw on caps.
- Four Honey Sticks.
- One First Aid Scissor.
- One Tweezers.
- One Safety Pin.
- Four packs of Sterile Q-tips.
- One rolled gauze stretch bandage.
- Four 2 x 2 sterile gauze pads.
- One non adhesive bandaging tape.
- Ten Latex Free Band aids.
- Six Butterfly bandages.
- An empty mixing tin with wooden stir stick.
